Return and Refund Policy (Campher Goods)

Because collagen is a hygiene-sensitive consumable ingredient, we do not accept change-of-mind returns.

This does not limit your rights under South African law:

• Cooling-off (online orders): where applicable, you may cancel within 7 days after receiving the goods. You may be charged only the direct cost of returning the goods, and any refund must be made within 30 days of cancellation.

• Defective/incorrect/damaged goods: if goods are defective, unsafe, or not what you ordered, you may return them within 6 months of delivery and choose a repair, replacement, or refund (as applicable).

To report an issue, email sales@camphergoods.co.za with your order number and photos.

Approved returns are sent to Campher Goods, 66 Jurg Avenue, Hennopspark, Centurion, Gauteng, 0172. Please do not return anything before we confirm the return in writing.
