Shipping Policy (Campher Goods)

We supply collagen ingredients across South Africa using third-party courier services. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

Dispatch time

  • In-stock orders are typically dispatched within 3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays).

  • If we can’t dispatch within the stated timeframe (or if stock becomes unavailable), we’ll notify you as soon as possible.

  • For online orders, where applicable, the supplier must execute the order within 30 days unless a different period is agreed, and if goods are unavailable you must be notified and refunded within the required period.

Delivery time

  • Delivery time depends on your location and the courier’s network (major metros are usually faster than outlying areas).

  • Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping fees

  • Shipping is charged at checkout (based on parcel weight/size).

  • Any free-shipping promos (if offered) will be shown at checkout.

Tracking

  • Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking/waybill number (via email or your order page, depending on your setup).

Address accuracy

  • Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct.

  • If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address, you may be charged for re-delivery.

Delivery inspection and damaged parcels

  • Please inspect the parcel on arrival before opening/using the product.

  • If goods arrive damaged or appear tampered with, contact sales@camphergoods.co.za with your order number and photos as soon as possible.

  • Where applicable, you have the right to a reasonable opportunity to examine goods on delivery. 

Risk during delivery

  • Where applicable, the supplier remains responsible for the risk of goods being damaged or destroyed until they have been delivered to you.

Collection

  • You can collect free of charge from 66 Jurg Avenue, Hennopspark, Centurion, Gauteng, 0172. Choose Pick up at checkout instead of a courier option.

  • Collection orders are usually ready within 24 hours. Please wait for our ready-for-collection email before travelling, and ask the receptionist for Campher Goods collection.
