Terms of service
Terms of Service (Campher Goods)
Last updated: 31 August 2026
These Terms govern your use of the Campher Goods website and any purchases made through it. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1) Who we are
Campher Goods is a Centurion-based supplier of collagen ingredients (fish/marine and bovine) for manufacturers and resellers (B2B).
Contact: sales@camphergoods.co.za
Registered name: Campher Goods (Pty) Ltd
Registration number: 2026/381588/07
Physical and collection address: 66 Jurg Avenue, Hennopspark, Centurion, Gauteng, 0172, South Africa
2) Eligibility and authority
You must be 18+ (or have legal guardian consent) to place an order. If you order on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
3) Products and intended use
Our products are supplied as ingredients/raw materials for manufacturing, blending, repacking, or resale. They are not marketed as medicines and we do not make miracle health claims.
Product specifications may vary by batch/lot. Where available, COA and other documentation can be provided on request.
4) Pricing
Prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR). Campher Goods is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged on your order and the documents we issue are not tax invoices for VAT purposes.
We may correct pricing mistakes and may cancel/refund orders placed at an incorrect price.
5) Orders, payment, and acceptance
Orders are placed and paid for on the website. An order is only accepted once payment is confirmed and we issue an order confirmation (or dispatch confirmation). We may refuse or cancel an order if stock is unavailable, payment fails, or fraud/abuse is suspected.
6) Stock availability
Stock levels can change quickly. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will notify you and refund any amount paid within a reasonable time.
7) Dispatch and delivery (courier)
We use third-party courier services. Dispatch is typically within 3 business days for in-stock items (unless otherwise stated). Delivery time depends on the courier and destination.
Risk of loss or damage generally passes to you upon delivery; please inspect deliveries on arrival and report visible courier damage immediately.
8) Returns and refunds
Because collagen is a hygiene-sensitive consumable ingredient, we do not offer voluntary change-of-mind returns.
This does not limit rights that may apply under South African law:
- Cooling-off (online purchases, where applicable): you may cancel within 7 days after receiving the goods; the only charge may be the direct cost of returning the goods; refunds must be made within 30 days of cancellation. (Acts Online)
- Defective/incorrect/unsafe goods (where CPA applies): goods may be returned within 6 months of delivery and you may choose a repair, replacement, or refund (as applicable). (Law Library)
To report a problem, email sales@camphergoods.co.za with your order number and photos.
9) Your responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the website lawfully and not interfere with site security or operations.
- Ensure the products are suitable for your intended manufacturing/resale use.
- Follow proper storage and handling practices (cool, dry, sealed; avoid moisture contamination).
10) Intellectual property
All website content (logos, images, text, product photos, design) is owned by Campher Goods or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.
11) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Campher Goods is not liable for indirect or consequential losses (e.g., lost profits, production downtime). Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, except where the law does not allow limitations.
12) Privacy
We process personal information to fulfil orders, provide support, and improve the website.
13) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the website at the time of your order applies to that order.
14) Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Disputes will be handled in South African courts with appropriate jurisdiction.
